Doctors will retire or leave medicine if Obamacare passes

March 17, 2010

So when Obamacare finally gets started in 2014, you can look forward to primary care being done by nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and foreign medical graduates one can barely understand.    And those 30 million with “new” insurance coverage will be mainly on Medicaid; half of doctors won’t accept Medicaid patients because the doctors lose money on every Medicaid patient in their practices.

It is one thing for Obama to expect physicians to earn minimum wage and be happy.   Doctors will not pay money out of their own pockets to take care of patients.

American doctors are telling you what will happen with Obamacare.   Will Congress listen?

Kill the unborn to save healthcare dollars

March 13, 2010

Even more dramatic was Stupak’s confession to Costa that Democrat leadership views abortion as a cost saving necessity.  Expressing aversion Stupak said, “Money is their hang-up. Is this how we now value life in America? If money is the issue – come on, we can find room in the budget. This is life we’re talking about.” With all due respect Mr. Stupak, is this news to you?

The Michigan Congressman rhetorically mused on. “What are Democratic leaders saying? If you pass the Stupak amendment, more children will be born, and therefore it will cost us millions more. That’s one of the arguments I’ve been hearing.”

Quite an illuminating statement–a Democrat admits left-wing congressional colleagues support butchering the unborn to benefit the bottom line.  Wait until Bart grasps Democrats rationing treatment to the elderly to justify achieving similar fiscal goals.

We all need to read the Baucus bill before amendments start

September 19, 2009

After trying to grasp and speak out  against  all the socialism in HR 3200, we now need to go over the  Baucus Bill–looks like it is “only” about 220 pages.

It contain a ridiculous 5% reimbursement cut to doctors if they do not  ration medical services for Medicare patients.

Time to protest, ladies: Baucus’s healthcare bill taxes tampons. STT!

September 18, 2009

I just heard this on Rush Limbaugh and will need to find the article he was quoting from.

OK ,  all you conservative, independent, liberal, and libertarian ladies  need to UNITE:   “Stop the Tax on Tampons”    STT!   STT!   STT!

This really would be a middle class tax increase!!

ADDENDA:  Here’s the article from Rush’s website.   The word “tampon” is not in this article, but tampons are considered a “medical device” in past articles.   Baucus’ plan will tax medical devices  of all kinds.    If you Google “tampon tax”  you will find numerous articles regarding tampon taxes in other countries, including Australia several years ago.

Senator Cornyn: Even Democrat Jay Rockefeller is criticizing Baucus’ healthcare tax bill

September 16, 2009

Almost nothing in Sen. Max Baucus’  healthcare tax bill is worthy of conservative/Republican support.

READ THE BILL, SENATOR CORNYN, BEFORE YOU MAKE COMMENTS ON TV.    Tell your constituents  the 80% of this terrible healthcare proposal  you agree with.
