And Orly Taitz trying to get Barnett case moved to DC

December 26, 2009

No matter how many setbacks and roadblocks Orly comes up against, she keeps going like the Energizer Bunny.

Judge Carter dismisses Barnett vs. Obama

October 29, 2009

No big surprise after Judge Carter hires an Obama underling as his law clerk.

Leo Donofrio’s blogsite has been silent since Oct. 19th.   Let us hope he is having better luck with the Hawaiian obstructionists.

Leo Donofrio’s “final” reading suggestions as he prepares for litigation

October 19, 2009

Leo recommends you read pages 15, and 43-44 of this Oct. 5th Orly Taitz/Judge Carter hearing transcript.  It is depressing that a federal judge has thrown the Constitution out the window, Judge Carter stating that it is okay to have been born a British/Kenyan citizen and still be POTUS.  I don’t understand how Judge Carter thinks one can just ignore the natural born citizen clause.

This has depressed Donofrio as well, but  he is now moving on to litigation in Hawaii for himself and some other unnamed plaintiffs, which means he will too busy to post on his blog.

John Charlton has had numerous posts relating to the Obama eligibility issue and today sounds even more pessimistic/depressed as Leo Donofrio, particularly since Judge Carter has hired a full fledged Obama supporter for his new law clerk.   But nothing yet on the Motion to Dismiss in the Orly Taitz/Pamela Barnett vs. Obama case.

All you want to know about Quo Warranto

October 13, 2009

John Charlton has several good articles regarding “quo warranto”  at Post & Email; I haven’t had time to go through all of this historic information.  And Leo Donofrio has some choice rebuttals at his blogsite.

I am waiting on the Judge Carter ruling on Motion to Dismiss in the Barnett vs. Obama  before digging into the concept of quo warranto.

Orly Taitz: Argues Civil RICO charges against Obama

October 12, 2009

Of all the “charges”  Orly states against Obama, the one least reported is that he has used  dozens of Social Security numbers throughout his lifetime.  Orly has a  respected private investigator doing research for her.

Let’s see if this moves Judge David Carter any closer  to ruling on the Motion to Dismiss.

Donofrio is feeling some of the antagonism and has a new post trying to be helpful with the quo warranto issue, giving some positive suggestions.

Leo Donofrio’s input on Orly Taitz’s case (you knew he wouldn’t keep quiet)

October 7, 2009

To Leo, the NBC issue is all about the law, and particularly how he interprets the law.    I don’t think he has any personal animosity toward any other attorney working on the Obama eligibility issue, but Leo never fails to state his own opinion  regarding other cases.

DemocraticUnderground says not so fast; there has been no ruling from Judge Carter on Motion to Dismiss

October 7, 2009×8688483

I hope Orly and John Charlton have not jumped the gun.    Democraticunderground has written this is just a procedural move.   So we really need to see a written ruling from Judge Carter before anyone celebrates.

ADDENDA:   US Attorney Roger West has responded “NUTS”  to Orly’s  email regarding discussion of starting “discovery”  :

Barnett vs. Obama: Motion to dismiss DENIED!

October 7, 2009

Trial — January 26, 2010, at 8:30 a.m.   ( I am waiting, as everyone who follows this case, for DISCOVERY to be allowed.)

“The implication of the Court’s order finalizing the dates is obvious:  you do not finalize dates unless there will be a trial.  And there would not be a trial, unless the Motion to Dismiss requested by the Defense was in whole or in part DENIED!”

John Charlton interviews Capt. Pamela Barnett

October 5, 2009

Timely interview as Orly Taitz goes to court today in California before Judge Carter.
