The biggest challenge for conservatives is getting the RNC and over the hill Republicans like Newt to understand we will NOT go moderate and play footsy with RINOS. Conservatives will not settle for another McCain or someone like Newt who believes in global warming and is ready to compromise any of his conservative principles just to get elected.
Conservatives will not vote for people who brag about working with extreme leftists! Go away, Newt!

Sarah Palin is way, way too nice to John McCain. Making her pay $50,000 for her own vetting to run for VP because “we didn’t win” is disgusting!

Presumably to assure re-election, Rep. Mike Ross of Arkansa was one of the 39 Democrats who voted against the monstrous Pelosi healthcare bill. I truly believe if Ross had not been harassed at townhalls in August and by Arkansas conservatives this last week, he would have gone along with Pelosi and voted for the healthcare bill. I was prepared to send money to any conservative who ran against Mike Ross next year, but now I won’t.
Instead I will double my contribution to Rob Curnock who is the presumed Republican candidate against Chet Edwards in 2010. Pelosi’s pet was given a pass to vote against the bill and every conservative in his conservative Texas district knows he only voted NO because he realized long ago a YES vote would be a death sentence for re-election.
For we pro-lifers, we will remember Mr. Edwards voted NO for the Stupak pro-life amendment. Mr. Edwards is pro-abortion and his district is majority pro-life—–let’s see how many constituents remember that 1 year from now.

I watched the coverage of the Healthcare protestors on ABC, NBC, and CBS yesterday. All three stated protestors were arrested outside Pelosi’s office. What the mainstream media conveniently failed to report was that all the arrested protestors were from Code Pink, a liberal group who wants single payer healthcare and is upset that Obama/Pelosi healthcare bill is not going far enough left with regards to healthcare reform.
All three networks gave the impression it was conservatives that were arrested. Somehow I think this was not an oversight but quite purposeful to make it appear that the conservatives were out of control.

After Obama failed to react instantly to the carnage enacted by a Muslim jihadist at Fort Hood, Texas, but instead chattered lightly, giving a shout-out to a reported Medal of Honor winner who was a native American, the American people are rightly saying out loud now who is this person who calls himself our commander in chief?
Something else not reported: Obama had to read from a note card to express his sympathy for the dead. Guess they did not have time to add that information to the teleprompter. This guy cannot even ad lib sympathy!
