Some states are more equal than others–Texas needs to secede if Democrat healthcare passes

If Harry Reid thinks it is constitutional to have federal taxpayer money pay for Nevada’s portion of Medicaid  while other states have to accept this unfunded mandate, then Texas  Governor  Rick Perry needs to start talking about secession again.

    You might not be aware that under the opt-out provision, Texas, with one of the highest rates of uninsured in the country, can decide their own fate, without the insanity of Rick Perry.

    I was not aware a state could opt out of all the provisions (including matching Medicaid) of any healthcare bill that is signed by the president. Tell me more.
