Obama, aka “Awe Kooda Bilaxpak Kuxshish,” was “adopted” by Native American Crow Indians in May 2008

September 30, 2009

This was posted in one of Donofrio’s comments threads, but  the poster said Obama’s  “adoption” happened in May 2009, which of course did not make sense.  Obama was adopted by a couple in the Crow tribe in May 2008 while on the campaign trail.     And of course members of the tribe participated in Obama’s inaugural  ceremony.    Brings up the question:  How many times has Obama been adopted in his lifetime?

Leo found this excerpt interesting:

[ed. You never know what we may find…the following passage was interesting:

“The adoption may also be considered to be of legal and constitutional significance. Some American Indian tribal law and order codes provide for legal adoption of adults, formally effected by way of a decree or similar legal record. A few reports suggest that the adoption of President Obama by Hartford and Mary Black Eagle was merely an honorary one, though the report in the Washington Post indicates that a “revered compact” was made between the parties. President Obama appears to have set a landmark precedent.”]

Leo Donofrio and John Charlton–what a team!

September 30, 2009

It appears Mr. Charlton is trying to be as helpful as possible to Leo’s efforts.   How does Charlton get his inside information?

Here’s the complete post on Post and Email:

No, not Part 3 yet; Here’s a Donofrio prequel: The Foreshadowing

Bottom line is that TerriK sent an email  to Okubo that resulted in a statement from Dr. Fukino that Obama was a natural born citizen.   Notably,  Dr. Fukino responded with the press release in less than 24 hours from when TerriK first  emailed her inquiry;   Okubo emailed the press release to TerriK  days before it appeared on the Department of Health  website.

Hospital bill is negotiable; but do your research first

September 29, 2009

If you don’t have insurance or even if you do, you have a right to your itemized hospital bill to review.   First look for incorrect charges or duplicate charges which happen frequently.   Then ask  what Blue Cross/Blue Shield would have paid the hospital, or possibly what Medicare would have reimbursed the hospital.   Then make an offer—never pay the “retail, uninsured” price.

When will Obama admit that Bill Ayers wrote “Dreams from my Father?”

September 29, 2009

Obama has maintained this fiction himself.  “I’ve written two books,” Obama told an audience of teachers in Virginia last year.  “I actually wrote them myself.”
Whether the mainstream media will remain silent on still another Obama scandal remains to be seen. But the journalistic standard of two sources has been met.
Addenda:  Why would Obama include “actually”  wrote them myself?    If you “actually” are the author of “Dreams”, why do you “actually” have to claim to be the author?

Leo Donofrio: Seussian Hooplah

September 29, 2009

[ed. I keep focused by avoiding the Seussian Hooplah they are throwing around the net as usual… blogs which say nothing at all, just spin your head round and round till you pass out. You’ll notice my posts are written for public consumption and documented by quotes with links to every source. My mantra to readers is – dont take my word for it – read the law cited and judge it for yourself.

All of this here involved with the TerriK investigation report is going to be litigated before the OIP and the judiciary… battle will commence at that time. The official responses of the Hawaii State Government are the responses I am preparing for… not partisan bloggerspeak. ]

Judge Land allows Orly Taitz to withdraw as Rhodes attorney

September 29, 2009

John Charlton states Judge Land has allowed  Orly Taitz to withdraw as Capt. Rhodes lawyer and also states the Rhodes letter will not be accepted in the docket, since proper procedure was not followed.   It is still unclear if the content of the letter truly reflected Capt. Rhodes  feelings regarding Orly Taitz and the lawsuit.

The publisher is optimistic; 1.5 million copies in first printing.   Let’s see what the New York Times does with this conservative book

A couple of interesting Donofrio comments

September 28, 2009

[ed. Just because the long form on actual paper may have been discarded does not mean the DoH doesn’t maintain an electronic copy. This Klein passes on Fukino’s doublespeak as if it were gospel truth. Does the man have even one inquisitive fiber in his body? The answer Fukino gave is doublespeak. I’m telling you, the trial balloon has been popped. This is getting interesting. From now on be on notice that every word officially announced must be forensically examined. It’s back to what the meaning of “is” is. Our nation is ruled by Seussian Hooplah. But I am The Lorax. I speak for the trees. :) I have a PhD. in deciphering Seussian Hooplah.]

[ed. it’s going to take more than the DoH to stop the information coming out. My research is showing this is a slam dunk. You would need the OIP to reverse about 10 Opinion Letters and then you’d need the Hawaii Supreme Court to reverse itself. I am not fooling around here.]
